This one just has spots in a multi story parking garage. When we arrived, the person letting us know where to park our car was rude. Then when we returnees we waited over an hour and a half to be picked up from the terminal. We would call the office and they would tell us someone was on the way only to have a van pass every 45 minutes that was full. When a van finally arrived with space there were so many angry people it was ridiculous. Only reason we made it on that van was because I called so many times they took my name and made sure the driver had it.

If you plan to park at the port, you don’t need to reserve any sort of parking. There are spots available and you simply pay when you arrive. It is very doubtful is we will even use this service again. Excellent indoor parking lot with attendants available when you arrive. Van service is reliable and clean, and the driver helps with your luggage. Very good service, covered parking and close to the port.

Parking and shuttle back to the pier was not a problem. Getting off the ship as always was a mob scene and there was one shuttle company going past one after another. We waited close to an hour and a half. It seems they only have ONE shuttle.

That’s a pretty compelling offer for a rate that’s considerably less than the cruise parking lots at the port. They are a great company for parking. The only trouble we had was when we were being picked up.
We arrived at the garage only waited a few moments do to the person in the car in front of us was having a hard time understanding the attendant. When that cleared up we were quickly on our way.Departure from the port was horrible. We arrived off the ship and to the designated area.
I ended up losing my money as they refused to provide a refund. I had to pay again to park at the port. They are very unprofessional and greedy and have no concern for their customers -- only for their profit. Driver arrived with a list of names with "reservations" but there are supposedly no reservations.
Had a fun time on my cruise in spite of it all. Moved to 7th floor of different parking garage made us wait over an hour in humid hot Miami heat and car exhaust. (7 floors below out to street, end of block to a supermarket.) Most were seniors. Van would drop off passengers and leave for port totally empty.
